This site tries to answer the question "Why Film in Arizona". The answer to this question is revealed by looking at the states scenic resources and our emerging film industry. The film industry isn't new to Arizona, it's been coming here since 1910. With that history, our local film industry has matured over the years. Visit the other pages in this site, by clicking the links to the right, and learn about Arizona's: soundstages, movie studios, movie locations, western streets, western towns, weather, film professionals, location scouts, film talent, film commissions, film credits and more.
As film is a visual medium, I feel it is important to show the variety of the states terrain. Because of this I will be including as many pictures as possible, as they become available. This site is still in the beginning stages and I apologize for the slow start. Please check back periodically, as it matures.
